Sharpsix discovered his love for music through the piano — a passion that sparked in him as a young boy. Long before he had a studio or instruments, he was already creating. At primary and high school, he would craft beats on the school desk — his ruler was the snare, his fist the kick drum — and his classmates would dance. That raw, natural gift was always there.

Rooted in soul and R&B, Sharpsix draws his deepest inspiration from music that moves the heart. Over time, he fused the hypnotic grooves of Amapiano with the energy of Afrobeats to create his own genre — Afropiano. A sound that is entirely his own.

Now, with his debut single 'Asoze Ngikushiye', he brings that lifelong journey to the world.
